Writinglecture.com and its parent company FREELEC USA, Inc. are providing access to this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied with respect to this site or the services featured except as agreed in agreements for specific paid services regardless of the nature or form of any claim, whether in contract or in tort, or otherwise. Writinglecture.com disclaims all other representations and warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc shall not be liable for any compensatory, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property or claims of third parties arising out of or in connection with access to or use of any data on this site. When submitting material to Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc., you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. harmless its owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from, arising out of or incident to any suit, action, claim or demand based that any element of the Deliverable is libel, plagiarized, infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary right or other claims related to the contents or subject matter of any submitted material before or after translation or editing by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.

The Customer expressly agrees the use of the Services is at your sole risk. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc., its agents, contractors, licensers and employees do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or free from error. All work shall be preformed to the best of our translators and editors' abilities according to your direction and our standard production procedures. However, the quality of all writing, translation and editing is subjective. You are responsible for payment before Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. begins work on requested material submitted to us. All sales are final regardless of your view of the result. We do not provide refunds after payment has been made and work has begun. Therefore, please be certain you want to order Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.'s services before you commit to having charges made to your credit card. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. recommend that each of your initial orders be kept to a minimum number of pages to minimize your investment. That way you can see for yourself what Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. can do for you, and whether you want us to review larger assignments.
Be that all writing is subjective, we reserve the right to reject for any reason materials submitted to us for translation or editing. There will be no charge for any review procedure that led us to reject submitted material. If we decide not to accept a translation or editing project, we will notify the person who submitted the material as soon as possible, but Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. will not provide any reasons for such rejections. Client represents and warrants (i) that it owns or is licensee of the Source Materials and all components thereof, and (ii) that translation or editing of the Source Material and publication, distribution, sale or other use of the Deliverable shall not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, or other right of any third party.
Unless the Client provides specific instructions and or an "Approved Glossary" of terms, to Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. to use it for the job at hand, Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. shall translate or edit specialized terms by their usual and conventional meanings, and otherwise make decisions based on Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.'s standard production procedures. All Source Materials shall be legible and shall be delivered to Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. in such format(s) and such time as Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. shall specify. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. shall not be responsible for delay in delivery due to failure to deliver any Source Materials in a timely manner or proper format.
Client agrees that Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc shall have no liability or obligation regarding errors in translations unless Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc receives written notification of the error(s) within fifteen (15) days following delivery of the Deliverable to Client. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc sole obligation with respect to errors shall be the obligation to correct the Deliverable at no cost to Client.
Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages or loss of any nature whatsoever, nor for any claim against Client by any other person or entity, arising from or relating to services rendered by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc., regardless of the nature of the claim or the form of the cause of action, whether in contract or in tort, or otherwise, and even if Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages, anything contained in related proposals and other documentation notwithstanding. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to, nor the return of, any Source Materials.

Delivery dates
Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. will do its best to deliver the Services within timely manner. Delivery dates shall not be valid unless they have been expressly confirmed by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. in writing. Should a delay in delivery by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. occur, Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.shall first be granted a reasonable additional period for completion. Only upon expiration of this additional period without completion of performance shall the customer be entitled to demand cancellation of the contract or reduction of the price. Any further claims are excluded. The customer remains liable for payment for the work performed by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. up to the time of the customer's notice of cancellation. The customer shall not be entitled to claim cancellation or reduction if the delay is due to force majeure or other circumstances over which Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. has no control including but not limited to electricity or telecommunication failure of whatever means or acts of god, riot, war, invasion, acts of terrorism, hostilities (whether declared or not), civil war, rebellion, legislation changes, flood, fire or drought. A job is considered delivered when Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. either emails it to the Client, or emails a notification that it has been uploaded to My Page of Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.'s web site for download by the Client.

Pricing
Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing and/or delivery estimates upon receipt and evaluation of the final Source Materials to be translated. Clients shall be advised by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. of the estimate of additional charges or change of delivery date prior to performing the translation.
Charges on your Credit Card's monthly bill will be from FREELEC USA, Inc., the parent company of Writinglecture.com.

Your order will be considered final after you have included all required information and have pressed the "submit" button. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible with the final amount that will be charged to your credit card before work on your document begins. Work will not begin until payment has been made.

Your order is not accepted until you receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail by 6 p.m. Pacific time on the day of your order, please send us your order again or use the "contact us" page to notify us of your order.

Confidentially
Credit card numbers and all other pertinent information will keep confidential by Pay-Pal. Your information is not even divulged to Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.
The nature of the work performed and any information transmitted to Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. by Client shall be confidential. Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. shall not without the prior consent of client, divulge or otherwise disclose such information to any person other than authorized employees or authorized subcontractors of Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. whose job performance requires such acts. The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to the extent Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc. are required by law to divulge such information or to the extent such information is or becomes a matter of public knowledge other than by disclosure by Writinglecture.com and FREELEC USA, Inc.
